Teresa's an accomplished business management professional with 20+ years experience in cybersecurity, sales, IT and finance operations. Established track record of developing and launching effective processes and systems with a passion for success. Change leader with expertise in building proactive cross-functional, multi-cultural teams, solving problems and creating a culture of results-centered win-win achievements. Extensive experience in Portfolio, Program, Project and Change Management.

She previously held management roles at Amdahl, Fujitsu, BEA Systems, Oracle and Juniper Networks. She is currently at VISA as part of the Cybersecurity Leadership Team. She leads the business and portfolio management office, with teams in the US and UK.

Teresa is passionate about integrating technology and technical expertise with the human factor. She's on the board of two non-profit organizations, both focusing on providing women growth and development opportunity in their interest area.

A little about Teresa's work

I work as the leader of the Cybersecurity PMO, at VISA, who was recently ranked first on Forbes Worlds Best Regarded Companies. My team manages the program portfolio, business management, etc. 

What cybersecurity issue is monopolizing most of your time or are you most concerned about?

In my role, a primary responsibility is hiring great technologists for our cyber security organization, while operating in a demanding market. Additionally data protection and data privacy are top of mind, given US and international governmental regulatory requirements.
